About Rho Ann

Rho Ann P. Sistual has built her domestic work experience across the UAE over eight years, working in various emirates with families requiring comprehensive housekeeping and childcare services. She began her career in Sharjah from 2017 to 2019, working as a housemaid where she developed her foundation in household management and cleaning responsibilities. She then progressed to combined roles, working as both housemaid and nanny in Abu Dhabi from 2021 to 2023, expanding her experience to include childcare duties alongside her housekeeping responsibilities. Since 2023, Rho Ann has continued working as a housemaid and nanny in Dubai, where she supervises children's daily activities, plans age-appropriate developmental activities, prepares meals for children, helps with homework, and assists with morning and evening routines including dressing, school preparation, bathing, and bedtime. Her housekeeping responsibilities include cleaning and tidying all areas of the house, performing laundry and ironing, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and assisting with meal preparation. She describes herself as highly organized and compassionate, with proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and is fluent in both Tagalog and English, bringing her comprehensive experience in both childcare and household management to families seeking dedicated support.
