Meet Ritah Nabasitu

Ritah Nabasitu has dedicated four years to working with one local family in the UAE from 2021 to April 2025, where she gained comprehensive experience caring for four children ranging in age from 4 to 17 years old. Throughout her tenure with this family, she managed the daily routines for all four children, including organizing meals, supervising naps for the younger children, and handling school pick-ups. Her role required her to adapt her caregiving approach to meet the diverse needs of children across different developmental stages, from preschoolers to teenagers. Her responsibilities extended beyond direct childcare to include maintaining regular communication with parents about the children's development, behavior, and milestones. Ritah also managed light housekeeping duties, grocery shopping, and various family errands while ensuring the home environment remained clean and organized. She has experience in emergency response and safety protocols, demonstrating her preparedness to handle unexpected situations. Originally from Uganda, she describes herself as someone seeking to continue her career as a nanny and maid, bringing her extensive experience with multi-child households and her ability to balance childcare with household management responsibilities.
