Sandra is a Ugandan early childhood education professional with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and a Certificate in Childcare, holding leadership and teaching roles across nursery and primary school settings in Uganda and Southern Africa. She has experience supporting children of varying needs, including those with physical and mental disabilities. Experience 2024–2025 – Karen Schools, Entebbe, Uganda: Head of Nursery Department / Leading Teacher overseeing curriculum delivery and staff development. 2021–2023 – TY Junior Academy, Lesotho, South Africa: Head of Nursery Department / Leading Teacher monitoring children's progress and preparing teaching materials. 2014–2020 – Ndejje Quality Schools, Wakiso, Uganda: Classroom Teacher / Assistant Director of Studies setting school policies and planning developmental activities for children.
