Stella is a Ghanaian cook and childcare provider with experience across Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. She has worked with Lebanese, Emirati, and Jordanian families, caring for children from infancy through the teenage years while cooking Arabic and Lebanese cuisine for large households. Experience 2022–2026 – Jordanian family, Dubai: Cook and nanny for three children, including an infant. 2019–2021 – Emirati family, Ajman: Childcare and family cooking in a household of six children and young adults. 2016–2018 – Local family, Qassim, Saudi Arabia: Cook and childcare in a large household, working alongside other nannies. 2012–2016 – Lebanese family, Beirut: Live-in carer for one child from birth to age three.
