Meet Sushila Gurung

Sushila is a Nepali nanny and housekeeper with around four years of private household experience in Dubai. She has cared for young children with an Arabic family in Midriff and provided cleaning and cooking support for a Western family, giving her a solid foundation in both childcare and household management. She is currently based in Dubai on a resident visa. Experience 2023–2025 – British family, Dubai: Housekeeper; cleaning and basic cooking for a couple. 2020–2022 – Arabic local family, Midriff Dubai: Nanny; dedicated baby care and feeding routines for two children aged 2 and 6. In her own words She says she knows "very well how to take care of a baby" and adds that being a mother herself has shaped her approach to childcare. She says she will "do it with hard work and honestly" whether hired for baby care or house cleaning.
