About Zaina

Zaina Nalubega has accumulated three years of professional experience in housekeeping and childcare across multiple countries in the region, beginning her career as a housemaid in a private household in Oman from 2018 to 2021. During this three-year position, she ensured all areas of the home were cleaned to high standards while handling household supplies and providing service to the family. She later worked as a cleaner at Sky 24 Sports and Leisure Club in Sharjah, where she maintained facility cleanliness, managed supply stocking, and performed deep cleaning tasks, demonstrating her versatility in different cleaning environments. Most recently, Zaina has worked as a nanny and housemaid in Dubai's DIP Green Community, where she combines comprehensive childcare with household management responsibilities. Her duties include organizing creative activities and educational games, preparing meals, and maintaining clean and safe environments for children while managing daily routines such as school transportation and homework assistance. She also focuses on children's social development by teaching appropriate behaviors and ensuring their overall well-being. She describes herself as dedicated, empathetic, reliable, and trustworthy, with strong skills in communication, multitasking, and problem-solving that support her caregiving abilities. Her language skills include fluency in English with basic Arabic understanding and some Italian vocabulary.
