I’ve helped and supported hundreds of mothers and their babies with feeding issues and general child health needs such as weaning, sleep, toilet training and developmental concerns. I have two children myself, so I know first hand the challenges that parents face at different stages. Im here every step of the way to support you and your baby as they develop and change over time.

Who it’s for
New parents navigating their babies first year on beyond to toddler age. Seeking guidance on establishing good feeding practice in a number of different ways. As well as supporting other family members and care givers who are there to support the family.
I offer a range of in-home and online services, providing personalized support for parents and caregivers:
• Feeding Support – Assistance with breastfeeding, expressing, combination feeding, and bottle feeding (IBCLC-qualified Lactation Consultant).
• Sleeping Habits – Guidance on establishing healthy sleep routines.
• Weaning – Support for transitioning your baby to solid foods.
• Baby/Child Development Reviews – Assessments covering physical, cognitive, emotional, sensory, and speech & language development.
• Baby Yoga & Massage – A bonding experience through touch, promoting development and offering an opportunity to connect with other parents and babies.
• Drop-in Clinics – Group discussions, educational sessions, and regular check-ins to monitor your baby’s weight and development.
• Private 1-on-1 Counseling – Support through challenging times, including expert guidance for mothers experiencing postnatal depression.
Price
Initial consultation - AED 500 one-time session to assess your needs and goals with complete plans on how to achieve these goals. 3 Session package AED 1200 for antenatal and postnatal education and support specialty tailored to your families needs and goals. Tag on visits 30-1hr for a quick chat up and trouble shooting along with a weight check for baby
