I’m a early years consultant, Norland trained expert and a specialist in professional Nanny training. I’ve dedicated my career to elevating the standards in the childcare. I trained at Norland College, which is known as the highest level of nanny training in the world. I am also a qualified Maternity nurse. Worked in London in private homes, nurseries and school settings as well as partnering with charities before moving to the UAE to provide practical and hands on coaching to empower more nannies in their careers.

No. If you’re still searching for a nanny, you can pre-book a spot, and we can work with your agency to arrange training as soon as you find the right person.
Does my nanny receive a certificate?
Yes! Upon completion, your nanny will receive a recognized Nova Nannies certificate, including a Certified Pediatric First Aid qualification from an external provider.

Our training sessions are held in Dubai at a professional learning facility, ensuring a hands-on and interactive experience.
