Personally, I discovered the importance of sleep after the birth of my first son, Maher. I'll spare you the details of the sleep deprivation, and the AHA moment I got when not only Maher started sleeping, but his mom and dad too! I was determined to learn all about sleep. Through Family Sleep Institute, a leader in the industry, I was able to gain the knowledge I needed to help myself and other families. The training was over 250 hours of classes and practical training, but it equipped me with what I needed to achieve my goal to bring back sleep to the many sleepless families in my community.
