I am here to help educate you through your pregnancy, empowering you to have the best possible birth experience. With my modules you'll learn all the different physical and physiological aspects of birth, and we'll make sure you are secure in your birth team and birth plan. I will also be there for you throughout your entire labor, offering continuous physical and mental support.

Questions
Are Doulas the same as midwives?
This is actually a misconception that I had before I was pregnant. The truth is, each doula is different so there is one out there for you. That’s why the first meeting is so important. Make sure you are super comfortable with the doula you hire. -And if you’re not feeling it, don’t feel shy to change to someone else.
Do you have to want a natural birth to have a doula?
This goes with the one above. The answer is no, the role of a doula is not to judge you for your choices. They are there to support!
Is a Doula supposed to replace my husband during labor?
Absolutely not! We actually help educate your partner (whether its your spouse, sister, mother, etc.) on how they can help as well! That’s a big part of the training.
